Am I able to add or delete items from the packages?  Yes.  Just let us know if you want to add or delete any items and we will adjust the price accordingly.

 

What happens after I place an order?  You will receive an email confirmation and information on the next steps.  

 

What can I do to prepare for delivery?  Ensure that we have adequate access to the building, entries, and rooms.  We will need all items removed from this space to ensure a successful install.  Patch and paint walls; we are happy to recommend coordinating colors.  We suggest you keep a small amount of paint for touchups.

 

What is the cost for delivery?  For a limited time, we are offering free White Glove Delivery.  This includes delivering to your room of choice and installing all items.  We will then remove packaging and sweep the area before we leave.

What if something is damaged?  We will be personally installing these rooms, so any damage will be identified and addressed during install.

​

Will I be able to return the set?  Due to the curated nature of our packages, returns are not accepted after installation.
